How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to support@storagemanager.app
  2. Include your purchase receipt or order number
  3. We will process your refund within 2 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After the Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use the free scan feature, but cleanup functionality will be disabled.

Exceptions

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and accommodating in all situations.
