End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Storage Manager ("the Software") on the number of macOS computers specified by your purchased plan:

  • Pro License: 1 Mac
  • Family License: Up to 5 Macs in one household

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Software or any part thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including all copies, modifications, and derivative works.

4. Updates

Your license includes lifetime updates at no additional cost. We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are delivered through the in-app update mechanism.

5. Support

We provide email-based technical support at support@storagemanager.app. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Storage Manager regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
